1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bet9 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual who registers, accesses or uses the bet9 website at bet9.ml ("you", "the user"). By registering an account on bet9 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on bet9, including but not limited to sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and any promotional or bonus offers made available through the platform. Use of any part of bet9 constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

bet9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of bet9 after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using bet9 and withdraw any remaining balance from your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute about the meaning or interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version is the authoritative version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bet9 you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bet9 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Registrations on behalf of a third party, a business entity or any other organisation are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and current contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously closed bet9 account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or agent of bet9 or any associated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

bet9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when reviewing account activity. Documents typically requested include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Management

Once registered, you are responsible for your bet9 account at all times. The following rules apply to account management:

• One account per person. Operating more than one bet9 account — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bet9 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts and will close all accounts linked to the same individual, with balances potentially forfeited.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bet9 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Contact details. You must keep your registered email address and contact information up to date. bet9 communicates important account information — including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and terms updates — to your registered email address. If your email address changes, update it promptly in account settings.
• Account closure. You may request closure of your bet9 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

bet9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that bet9 reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other users.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bet9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: bet9 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your bet9 balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard procedure to prevent misuse of payment systems. Withdrawals require completed identity verification before they can be processed. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than standard bank transfers.

Withdrawal conditions: Real-money deposits that have been wagered at least once on sports markets or casino games are eligible for withdrawal without restrictions beyond standard verification. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotion page before they become withdrawable.

• bet9 does not charge platform-side fees on standard PKR withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that are not registered in your name.
• bet9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a security measure to protect all users.
• In cases where identity verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be held until satisfactory documents are provided.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on bet9, including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, accumulator bets and any other bet types offered on the platform.

• Confirmation is final. Once you confirm a bet on bet9, it is binding and cannot be cancelled. Review your selection, stake and potential return carefully on the bet slip before confirming. The confirmed odds and stake are the basis for settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are shown on the bet slip for each market. Markets may have individual limits that differ from the platform default, particularly for live in-play markets during PSL and international cricket fixtures.
• Odds changes. For live in-play bets, odds can change rapidly between the moment you select a market and the moment you confirm. If the odds change before confirmation, bet9 will display the new odds and ask you to accept before the bet is placed. We do not silently place bets at different odds to what you saw.
• Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket — including PSL — results are taken from official scorecards. For football, from official match records. For esports, from official tournament organisers. bet9 settlement decisions follow these official sources and are final.
• Void bets. A bet or a leg of an accumulator may be voided if the relevant event is abandoned, postponed, or if a market was offered in error. Voided bets have their stake returned to the account balance. In an accumulator, a voided leg is removed and the remaining legs continue at the adjusted combined odds.
• Errors. In the event that a market is published with obviously incorrect odds — for example, odds that are clearly a data entry error and do not reflect the genuine probability of the outcome — bet9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, even after settlement.
• Suspicious activity. bet9 monitors betting patterns for signs of match-fixing, insider information or co-ordinated betting abuse. Where suspicious patterns are identified, affected bets may be voided and accounts suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bet9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL, T20 tournaments and international cricket series. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general rules below.

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible markets for each bonus are stated on the promotion page. Bets placed on voided events, certain low-margin markets or bets placed using bonus funds that are later reversed do not count towards wagering requirements.
• One bonus per offer. Each promotional offer is available once per registered user, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated.
• Separate balances. Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. When placing bets, real-money funds are used first by default unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Winnings generated from bonus funds remain in the bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Bet9 discretion. bet9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. In cases where a bonus was awarded due to a technical error, bet9 may reclaim the incorrectly awarded amount from the account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bet9. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, with balances forfeited where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or attempting to register after a previous account has been closed for breach of terms.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using bet9 for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or misquoted odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from clear platform errors are not considered legitimate and will not be paid out.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with bet9 in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Co-ordinating bets with other users to manipulate markets or exploit bonus offers collectively — commonly referred to as bonus abuse, arbitrage abuse or matched betting abuse in the context of promotional terms.
• Placing bets using information that is not publicly available at the time of betting, including inside knowledge of team selections, player injuries or match outcomes before they are publicly announced.
• Charging back deposits to a payment provider after those funds have been used to place bets. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for the full amount.
• Using the bet9 platform while in a self-excluded period or while knowingly subject to a betting restriction.

8. Responsible Gaming

bet9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered users from within account settings:

• Deposit limits. Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits require a cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session reminders. Set a reminder that notifies you when you have been logged in and active for a defined period of time. This is a simple tool to help you keep track of how long you are spending on the platform.
• Self-exclusion. If you feel you need a break from betting, you can self-exclude your account for a defined period — or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

bet9 does not market aggressively to users who have set deposit limits or who have recently used responsible gaming tools. If you believe a marketing communication has reached you in error during a restricted period, contact support immediately.

Betting is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you suspect that a minor is using a bet9 account — whether your own account or an account in another name — contact support immediately so the account can be investigated and if necessary closed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bet9 — including but not limited to the bet9 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data, software, odds data, statistics and any other material displayed on or forming part of the bet9 platform — is the property of bet9 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet9 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any bet9 content without prior written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or extract odds data, statistics or other data from bet9 using automated means.
• Modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any bet9 software or content.
• Use the bet9 name, logo or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bet9 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

bet9 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure a stable, fast and reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or downtime at all times. In particular:

• bet9 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity problems on your end, or browser compatibility issues that prevent you from placing or managing a bet.
• bet9 is not liable for losses resulting from you misreading odds, selecting the wrong market, entering the wrong stake amount, or any other user error made during the bet placement process.
• bet9 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet9's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

bet9 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, notify registered users via their registered email address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of bet9 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the updated Terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling, grammar, or clarifications that do not alter the meaning of any clause — may be made without a formal notification but will still be reflected in the updated effective date on this page.
